Decorations may vary depending on availability and season, but the basics above will always be included
How does payment work?
We accept a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. This allows us to proceed with permitting, scheduling and planning.
Bookings are not confirmed until we receive your deposit
The balance is paid 7 days prior to the event. If we accept a last minute booking (within 14 days) full payment is accepted at that time.
We can accept Venmo, credit card payments and Bitcoin
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations up to 14 days prior to your picnic date will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations after this time will result in a loss of the deposit.
We can reschedule your event up to 14 days prior to the original scheduled date at no charge.
We want you to enjoy your picnic to the fullest, and unpredictable weather does happen. If poor weather appears last minute that might become a hazard to the picnic, (high winds, rain, etc.) there is no same-day rescheduling fee, and we will be happy to discuss rescheduling your picnic.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring your preferred food and drinks. We provide the dinnerware and utensils. Here are some suggestions form nearby quality establishments.
Sushi: Shaka

Upscale grocery with prepared foods, wines, chesses, etc.: Destin Ice Market

What else do I need to know?
We want you to have a relaxed, memorable and enjoyable time. We can do our best to accommodate any request to make your outing as special as possible.
You are responsible for all picnic items during the time of picnic including any damages to picnic items. Please let us know before leaving the picnic site for us to come back for clean up if it is before the scheduled time.
Accidents happen so please let us know if something is damaged or broken so we can replace them before the next event.
Where will my picnic be?
There are many places that we can host your picnic along the beaches of 30A.
We recommend the Inlet Beach location on Orange Street for space, seclusion and bathroom access. We can also host the event at your private beach.

What do you do about loss or damage to rental items?
All rental items supplied to the client are property of BOHO30A unless otherwise stated in a signed invoice.
Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged accordingly
Damage to or loss of rental items within the period of booking as detailed in the invoice will be reported by the Client to BOHO30A immediately
If rental items are lost, the Client must pay to BOHO30A the current replacement cost of the rental items
If the rental items are damaged, the Client must pay for all repairs
